The other day KD was walking past the living room and heard the forbidden sound of Coal scratching the arm of the couch. He stepped into the room with a stern "Coal!", whereupon Coal, in one svelte movement gracefully sidestepped to his scratching post and posed in "scratching pose", looking innocently back at KD like "What?!".
