Neurotic

Thursday night I was hanging out with friends, the fabulous CK and the enigmatic ET (yes, Calvin Klein and the extraterrestrial.). I wanted to tell them a funny story about my childhood, which I prefaced with, "I was a very neurotic child."

They totally interrupted me, in unison, with "Noooooooooo! Really!?!?!?" (Did you catch the subtle sarcasm there??)

I had no idea it was so apparent.
