Comment Settings

OK, still having troubles with the comment feature - comments still arent' showing up, and apparently people have been leaving comments, but I never recieve notification that there are comments and they don't show up on the post. So, I changed it again, so pleeeeease let me know if you leave a comment and it doesn't show....
